
Ranchero Onion Burgers
1 pound ground beef
½ cup Salsa
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 1/3 cup’s French’s French Fried Onions, Divided (only 1 carb per serving)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
Combine beef, salsa, cheese, 2/3 cup French’s Fried Onions, garlic powder and pepper in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties.
Place patties on oiled grill. Grill over medium coals 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Top with remaining 2/3 cup French’s Fried Onions.
