Today’s snack suggestion are sausage links. These are usually 2 carbs for 4 sausage links. You can buy these already cooked if you are short on time and make a quick morning snack when you have to have a little something. Generally just having some protein will get you through the afternoon and will give you energy to make it through the day.



































Love them…. They serve them with Molasses in California… not exactly LC… but still just 5 grams per tsp… a holiday indulgence if ever there was one!
