Mike and I both liked this recipe. It makes a lot and is very filling. This is very similar to my own meatloaf recipe but it doesn’t have the ketchup on top like my own recipe does. It also has cheese in it. I know that my friend Shelly would love this one more. She doesn’t like ketchup on her meatloaf.
