Hello Cassy. I haven’t tried the recipe below but it looks great. I have made several things from her blog and never been disappointed. If you try it let me know how it turned out. I probably won’t be making this one. I have never had peanut butter ice cream. Have you? I am guessing you liked it. Now I may have to try it but I won’t be using the swerve. I don’t even know where I would buy it.
