Garlic Pepper Steaks

I made these on Saturday and Mike and I loved them. It had a bit of a punch to the flavor since it has so many spices so if you have a problem with heart burn you may want to avoid this. I love very spicy things and can’t seem to get enough of it. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did.

Garlic Pepper Steak

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (I used from a jar)
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 steaks, your choice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Brush steaks with oil, rub in seasoning mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill over open flame until degree of preferred doneness is achieved. Yield 4 servings.
