My Weekly Menu For 4/3/2011

This week I will have three new recipes to share with you. We loved the ones from last week.  🙂

This week we are trying some more new ones. I hope that we are as pleased with them as well.

This week for breakfast each morning I will have 2 cranberry pecan muffins and a low carb yogurt. If you have a Krogers near you they are on sale this week. 🙂

For dinner we will have the following.

Sunday- Hamburgers with a sweet-n-tangy sauce on top of them. The sauce is a new recipe.

Monday- left overs from Sunday

Tuesday- Mexican Pot Roast- This is a new recipe that I didn’t have time to make last week.

Wednesday- left overs from Tuesday

Thursday- sausage, eggs, etc…

Friday- Spicy Lemon Chicken- new recipe to come if we like it.

Saturday- left overs from Friday.

Vegetables to enjoy this week will include:

  • onions
  • tomatoes
  • green peppers
  • red peppers
  • yellow peppers
  • mushrooms
