Mike and I really loved this one. I even took it for lunch one day and it was very filling. It was very easy to make and I can see us having it again. It would also be good shredded and put into low carb tortillas with lettuce, tomato and cheese. yumm!!
Salsa Pot Roast
- 2 1/2- 3 pound roast of your choice
- 16 ounce jar salsa- I used medium flavor
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar Twin Brown Sugar Replacement
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 14-ounce can tomatoes- I used a pint of tomatoes that I had canned
Place roast in bottom of slow cooker. Pour remaining ingredients over top of roast. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serves 8.
