I wanted to share a few ideas for things to make for Memorial Day that are low carb and healthy. When others are grilling out and eating hot dogs and hamburgers with buns you can have alternatives that are both tasty and low carb. These are a few of my cooking out favorites.

There is no reason to go without or to give in and eat something that is not healthy for you. Being a Diabetic is very serious and you need to plan ahead. Your life literally depends on it. Now have a wonderful holiday with your family and friends but be healthy.
