Ground Turkey Burgers

Well I am back. So much has changed on the homefront since I took my short sabatical. Some bad, some good, some necessary. There has been a time to put my trust in God that he knows best and if I allow him to be in control he will always do what is right and will bring me through. How is that for being vague? haha

My father-in-law seems to be at peace and is still with us. Different agencies are providing help and he is back at home where he choose to be. My mother-in-law is doing her best and is amazingly strong when faced to lose someone she has been with for almost 50 years. She needs our prayers and God’s blessings.

Now to the recipe.

Ground Turkey Burgers

  • 1.25 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon dried cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash of each, salt, pepper, paprika

Form loosely packed burgers. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Heat pan on high and add burgers to pan. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side turning as little as possible. Serves 4.
