There are many different versions of this circulating the web. I am using the one that I found here. Joe’s Special. I prepared the recipe exactly as it was given so I am not going to copy the recipe onto my site. This was good but not knock your socks off. It will allow me to eat healthy and incorporated some much needed vegetables into my diet. I can see me making this again as it was very simple to make and very filling. I am thinking it might be a little better with some romano cheese on it as well. If you make it let me know what you think.
