These are all low carb recipes that I have found on the web but haven’t made yet. I think they look wonderful.
Peach Cranberry Bars– 2.5 carbs each
Pumpkin Chili– 10 net carbs
Cider Glazed Squash– nutritional information wasn’t provided but it still looks great. Butternut squash is on the high end of the list for carbs for a vegetable but if I adjust it correctly with the main entree you can stay under your 20 carbs allowed per meal.
Fig and Orange Crepes– Only 2 net carbs each. These look fabulous.
