Carbohydrate Chart

When counting carbs sometimes it is easier if you have a chart that you can refer  to when you need it. I highly recommend this one.

Carbohydrate chart including calories and fiber content.

To figure the Net Carbs in an item simply subtract the fiber content from the carbohydrate.

Example- Asparagus- 3.8 carbs subtract 1.4 fiber to get 2.4 net carbs per serving.
