It is day 3 of a healthier new you. By this time if you haven’t eaten low carb before and are limiting your portions you should be feeling it. Don’t worry about the headache that you are feeling. This is normal as with any diet. Your body is going through carb withdrawal. It will only last a few days and then your body will adjust and you will feel wonderful. Trust me on this.

- Baked Beef Patties– 3 carbs
- Grilled Zucchini with parmesan– 3 carbs
- Cream Cheese Brownies– 2.6 carbs
Total net carbs- 8.6
Just because this only comes to 8.6 doesn’t mean that you can eat more than one portion. Portion control still applies.
