By now you have been doing low carb for 8 days and your body should be through detox. Your headache should be better and you should be seeing a change on the scales each morning when you weigh in.
One reason I suggest weighing daily is it is less likely that weight will sneak up on you if you weigh daily. You will also get encouragement to continue when you are seeing a change on the scale even if it is only a few ounces.
I also suggest measuring yourself too but only bi-weekly. There will be weeks where you won’t see a change on the scale but you will in your body shape. That is one of the many benefits of eating low carb.
