Are you in the mood for Italian food? This is one of my favorite Italian recipes. Instead of using lasagna noodles you use portabella mushrooms. They are the same texture as lasagna noodles and I have found that with most food you can accept a low carb alternative if the texture is the same.
Be sure to let the lasagna sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving or the sauce will be a bit thin. Once the cheese starts to cool it will naturally thicken the sauce with this. Enjoy!
