Today’s snack suggestion is pepperoni chips. These are very easy to make and have no carbs at all. Simply put pepperoni slices on papertowels on a plate and microwave on high for 30-60 seconds depending on the strength of your microwave.
The papertowels will absorb most of the grease from the pepperoni.
Allow to cool for about a minute and the pepperoni will be harden into crispy treats.
These can easily replace potato chips for a snack and are much more filling. You get the crispy texture without the carbs.
