Snack Suggestion #3

If you have the luxury of having a small refrigerator at work this is what I do. Each Sunday I pack a tray of fresh vegetables such as this one.

I also take my low carb salad dressing with me and have some of this each day. I like the spicy ranch dip from Aldi. It is only one carb per serving. Vegetables break down in carbs this way.

  • Broccoli- 1.6 net carbs
  • cucumber- 1.8 carbs

You can make a small snack of vegetables and cheese too.
