Snack Suggestion #5

Today’s snack suggestion is low carb yogurt.

I know many of you can’t find the low carb yogurt where you live and I would be miserable if I couldn’t find it here. I would be making my own if I were you.  Try making yogurt feel special by serving it in a pretty dish and savoring each bite.

Net carbs per serving- 3-4 depending on flavor.
