So many times you think that you will cook something when you get home but then you have to work over or the day is so hectic you are too tired. This month I am going to make daily suggestions on things that you can make in your slow cooker so that you know you can stay on track eating healthy.
Today’s suggestion is Basque Chicken with Peppers. It is a very nice soup with lots of flavor. You literally take ten minutes to throw it together and come home to a meal all in one pot for only 9.5 carbs per serving. You can still have Blackberry Cobbler for dessert for only 7 carbs.
