Both Mike and I loved this one. I didn’t even bother taking a picture of this because my picture can’t compare to his in any way. This recipe was delicious and very easy to make. The only change that I made was that I did not add blue cheese as I detest blue cheese. Insert green smiley face here. LOL
This fellow blogger has some great recipes that are low carb but most of his recipes are not. You need to learn to look at recipes and be able to tell which would work for this way of eating and which won’t. Take what will work and leave the rest. Remember that keeping your glucose levels down is the main objective in eating low carb. Also try altering recipes to make them low carb by exchanging ingredients when you can.
