Mike and I loved this. It was very spicy but we love spicy things so this was perfect for us. The only change that I made was to substitute Coconut Flour for the flour. It has a nice thick gravy on it and the spices and peppers make this a very filling meal on a cold rainy day. It says to serve it over rice but I didn’t put it over anything. If you feel that you really want something to cut the spiciness of it I suggest putting it over cooked chopped cauliflower that was cooked in chicken broth.
