Pepper-Crusted Roast Beef

Mike and I were so surprised how good this was since it was so simple to make. Letting it marinade overnight does make the meat more tender and I highly recommend going the entire 24 hours in the refrigerator if you have the time. I made this recipe exactly as the the Southern Food website had provided so I won’t be posting the recipe here. I will provide the link to it under the picture.
