Rosemary Garlic Pork Chops

I made these Sunday for my dinner and I loved them. They are very quick to make. I found the recipe on another website and included putting under the broil  as a final step.

Rosemary Garlic Pork Chops

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Place pork chops in bottom of shallow pan. Sprinkle with remaining items and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Place pork chops under broiler for a few minutes until you reach the desired darkness. Serves 4.
